Who ever thought? The huge hunk America's Team defender whining that that aged 40 year old quarterback ran up the score---in a NFL Play-Off contest?
Is this the same team that a few years back was on their way to the Super Bowl with Bill Parcells at the helm? At that time, fielding the same quarterback that was exclusively giving his pre-game on-field focus to a certain country singer girfriend?
Had not Parcells previously, repeatedly, chastised the quarterback not to let celebrity go to his head? Did that misplaced focus, effectively, at that instant, end the season for America's Team? And throw Parcells under the bus?
Is it coincidental that this team has marched two of the NFL's most effective Head Coaches (Jimmy Johnson / Bill Parcells) out-of-town?
Do you think it might have had something to do with discipline? Was discipline the hallmark of these Coaches? After all , each of the Coaches were replaced by truly likeable men. Isn't this replacement logical in our democratic free-spirited society? We really don't like discipline, do we?
Might one say that whining about a 40 year old quarterback running up the score is a natural consequence?
